Keep tracks clear Dust, sand and small stones can obstruct sliding and folding systems. Use a soft brush or low-power vacuum and keep drainage openings clear.

Clean glass safely Avoid abrasive pads, blades and strong solvents. Warm water, neutral detergent and microfibre cloth are usually sufficient. Follow any coating-specific instructions.

Inspect seals and brushes EPDM seals, magnets and brushes control air and water. Do not force hardened, torn or displaced parts; request service.

Moving hardware Heavy oils attract dust. Use only manufacturer-approved lubricants. Noise, drag or misalignment can indicate adjustment is needed.

Safety Never lean outside or force panels when cleaning upper floors. Follow the cleanable-panel instructions or use professional help.
