Anodised finishes, powder coating, RAL colours and thermally broken profiles.

Profiles are structural choices
Section size follows span, wind, glass weight and mechanics. A slim appearance must not compromise deflection or connection safety.
Anodised finishes
Anodising creates a controlled oxide layer, giving a metallic appearance and outdoor durability. Batch and direction variations should be checked on samples.
Powder coating and RAL
Powder coating offers a broad palette. Pre-treatment and coating class matter as much as the colour code, especially in humid coastal locations.
Thermal breaks
Polyamide barriers separate inner and outer aluminium, reducing heat transfer. They should be considered with insulated glass for heated winter gardens.
Making the colour decision
Review façades, roofing, flooring, furniture and landscape together. A full-size coated profile sample is more reliable than a screen colour.
